The residence of Miss D. Holmden, Korau Road, One Tree Hill. Living-room 18 x 14, dining-room, kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, sun-porch and laundry, with detached garage.

Exterior is in weatherboards, with fawn trim and brick base; shingle tile roof; spoutings and down-pipe in copper; woodwork in bedrooms is painted pale green; kitchen, bathroom and laundry are finished in a primrose enamel, with silver trim. The residence of Mr. Williamson, Clifton Road, Takapuna, L shape plan, has two bedrooms, large living-room, dining-room, kitchen with all built-in features, bathroom, etc. All interior trim painted matt, flush fibrous plaster ceilings and wall-boards, papered; corrugated iron roof and weatherboards. The residence of Raymond C. Jones, Esq., Coombes Road, Remuera. Living-room 18 x 12, breakfast-room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, two bedrooms and sun-porch, with garage in basement.

Exterior is weatherboarded and painted cream with fawn facings; Marseilles tiled roof; spouting and down-pipes copper; hall is panelled and all other rooms papered. Woodwork in bedrooms is finished in cream semi-gloss paint. Kitchen is finished in green and cream enamel, and bathroom is blue and cream. Other woodwork is stained light walnut. Exterior is weatherboarded and painted cream, with light brown trim, Marseilles tile roof; spoutings and down-pipes in copper; windows in leadlight squares; hall is panelled and other rooms papered; woodwork in bedrooms is finished in pink and cream gloss; kitchen with alcove and bathroom in green enamel finish, picked out in cream; other woodwork stained grey.
